Buyer Return Policy

Our team hopes you are happy with the purchase. None of the material is liable for return at any point of time after a Quality Check certificate has been signed by the buyer.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product and quality check certificate has not been provided you may raise a complaint ticket and the LSE will examine it on case by case basis along with the seller. There on, customer could opt for a partial selection, only if the leather has not been cut. However, once the leather is cut, the LSE or the seller is not responsible for any claim.
