Quality Policy

Quality Policy:

The Leather Stock Exchange provides quality management services for all the transactions made with us. The LSE has inherited its expertise and its aim is to achieve a high standard of service to its customers from its parent company M/S Amar Nath and Sons.

It is the policy of the LSE to provide the customer with all products in the agreed requirement in accordance with the details and price.

We allow a 100% quality check of the product before the final transaction. As there could be a variation depending on the type of skin and its colour, we advise the customer to QC each skin before purchasing the bulk. Additionally, samples can be provided for chemical and physical testing or for sampling and trial purposes. For further security, each buyer is provided with a quality check certificate once the entire quality check is done. However, once the leather is cut, the LSE would not be responsible for any claim.

The Directors, Management and Staff are responsible for Quality Control through the Quality Management System seeking improvement by constant review, with suppliers being encouraged to co-operate. The Company is committed to achieving customer satisfaction by the use of above mentioned quality procedures to meet all customer requirements.
